THE DUDE FROM Hollywood, MJ Racadio oozes with so much news as, indeed it is the perfect timing to celebrate Filipino-American Heritage Month.

Said he, “There are no words to describe how honored and humbled I am right now to be recognized by #TOFA100 (100 Most Influential Filipino-Americans) along with influential Filipinos including legendary #MannyPacquiao, Lea Salonga, Janet Susan Rodriguez Nepales (Executive Producer of Golden Globe Awards/HFPA Treasurer/Hollywood Journalist) Ruben V. Nepales (Executive Producer of Golden Globe Awards/Executive Secretary of HFPA), Bruno Mars, Darren Criss, Bobby Lopez (#EGOT Awardee), Jo Koy, HER Music, Martin Nievera, and so on.

“I started my list of the 75 Most Influential Filipino-Americans since 2014. Pioneered a movement that created impact to our Fil-Am Community.”

According to Elton Lugay (TOFA Founder), “This was the original idea of MJ, I just enhanced it. He deserves to be recognized too for paving the way.”

As he described MJ Racadio from the (Media), “As the Hollywood red carpet reporter of Eagle News International, MJ Racadio covers anything and everything about Hollywood – from film, TV and music to Broadway, fashion and Miss Universe events. His popular blog and podcast “Blogtalk with MJ Racadio” has been running since 2014, when he also launched the “75 Most Influential Filipino-Americans” yearly list. So, it was MJ’s idea? What a feat! To be side by side with the who’s who from different fields of endeavor. Mabuhay!

“Thank you! #TOFA, Elton Lugay, and to all my friends who nominated me. Praise Be Unto God!

“I am dedicating this recognition to my family, friends, followers, and sponsors especially to my Eagle Broadcasting Corporation NET 25 family, #EBCFilms EBC Films family and #SpotlightMediaMagazine family, Los Angeles Press Club, Filipino American Press Club of California, BlogTalk with MJRacadio, and Social Dragon PR family.”

There’s a lot from the reporter from Manila to the talks he does in Hollywood. Whether in the Philippines or in the US of A, there’s more than what the eyes sees and the ears hears where MJ is concerned.

Thousands of miles away, but already so in on the production of a movie to watch out for is next. The Lifestory of the Jukebox King of the Philippines, Victor Wood.

From #BlogtalkHollywood: #EBCFilms’ Juke Box King is expected to excite movie audiences as it will bring them into a time warp of the great music of the 70s with the heartaches and life lessons of the man who ruled the airwaves in his time. #JukeBoxKingPH #JBKTheLifeStoryofVictorWood Directed by Carlo Ortega Cuevas (Internationally Acclaimed Director).
