DIRECTOR Elwood Perez‘s independent movie Otso will be shown at UPFI Film Center in University of the Philippines Diliman on May 8, Wednesday. Otso is Elwood Perez’ first movie after his 10 year hiatus.

After a long hiatus, Elwood Perez was doing a Fellinesque via this film hailed in Hongkong Film Festival as revolutionary world cinema and a profound tale for high IQs. Also experience Atty. Vince Tañada‘s out of this world acting hailed by Clarence Tui of Hollywood Reporter and gave him his Star Awards Best New Actor Trophy.
