Nash Aguas on his first project as a director

KAPAMILYA Actor Nash Aguas admitted to the entertainment press last Tuesday, December 5 that he is venturing into directing. According to Nash, his first directorial project is a mini-series to be released next year on iWanTV. “Sitcom po kasi siya, parang ‘Friends’ and ‘How I Met Your Mother.’ Concept po namin. Confidential pa and working title pa lang pero dapat niyo pong abangan.” he said.

Aside from his first project as a director, has also opened his own Japanese restaurant in Manila’s U-Belt named Muramen. He collaborated with his business partner and former Goin’ Bulilit co-star Carl Barrameda.

Nash Aguas is a familiar face in the Kapamilya network, where he started as a charming child actor, and appeared in Star Circle Kid Quest and Goin’ Bulilit. Since then, he has evolved to be a fine young actor with his ABS-CBN teleseryes like Ang Probinsiyano, Doble Kara, and the currently being aired The Good Son where he’s been getting rave reviews.

To his credit, he has three Best Child Actor Awards including Metro Manila Film Festival 2006 for Shake Rattle And Roll 8, still MMFF 2007 for Shake Rattle And Roll 9, and for PMPC Star Awards for Movies 2008 for Angels, with a number of nominations, too.

Nash is under Production 56, Inc., a production house and talent company owned and managed by multi-awarded film and television director Maryo J. Delos Reyes.
